Tim bought Sababa in 2000. After several years of making her sea ready, he sailed to
San Diego. In December of 2009 he headed south again with his parents as crew. They then sailed to La Cruz in Banderas Bay, Mexico where Sababa was kept for a few years.
Tim and Lindsey met in 2010 while he was working near Phoenix, Arizona. During the summer of 2013, Sababa left the Bay of Banderas in company with some friends on their boat Indian Summer. We then spent the summer exploring the Sea of Cortez ending up in San Carlos Senora, Mexico where Sababa is waiting in dry storage.
